Return Contract  (35 day Trial) in your hands for 20 days

I, Howard Winther, President of Liberty Systems Inc. (dba Liberty    
Archery) promise to refund the total purchase price of Package items purchased less the cost of freight to your address for a period
of 35 days (gives 20 shooting days for far way customers).  The 35 days start on the shipping date from Liberty Archery.  If the item or
items are received on or before the 35th day at 120 Saratoga Ave #82, Santa Clara, CA  95051, a check will be sent immediately (and
received in 5 days) for the full amount of the Package items returned.  Freight costs to Liberty Archery must be paid by the purchaser.
