Return Contract  (35 day Trial)

I, Howard Winther, President of Liberty Systems Inc. (dba Liberty    
Archery) promise to refund the total purchase price of items purchased less the cost of
freight to your address for a period of 35 days.  The 35 days start on the shipping date
from Liberty Archery.  If the item or items are received on or before the 35th day at 120
Saratoga Ave #82, Santa Clara, CA  95051, a check will be sent to the purchaser for the
full amount of the items returned within 5 business days.  Freight costs to Liberty Archery
must be paid by the purchaser.
