Liberty Archery is discontinuing its dealer program. We are adopting a direct only marketing approach. At left is a list of about 21 faithful dealers that understand the value of the Liberty Bow. Remaining dealers will remain dealers as long as they buy one bow a year, but no new dealers will be accepted. |

| Company Philosophy At 67 years old (I know i don't look it) I want to spend more time with customers and limit sales. As a result I have cut all print advertising and curtailed the dealer program. This will limit the bows sold to a comfortable level and make life more enjoyable. Howard Winther |
